Make a Calendar
Build a custom printable calendar: choose the month, add a background photo or one of our designs, pick your color, and download a print-ready PDF. It's free.
How to Make a Custom Calendar
The calendar maker turns your choices into a print-ready PDF in four steps — no design skills or sign-up needed:
1. Choose the month and options
Pick monthly or a full year, the month and year, paper size (US Letter or A4), orientation, and whether the week starts on Sunday or Monday. You can also add a notes column or hide holidays.
2. Add a background
Choose one of our 20 designed backgrounds, or upload your own photo — a family picture, a travel shot, or your business logo. The date grid sits on a lightened version so it stays readable.
3. Pick your accent color
Set the color used for the weekday header and title. Choosing a designed background picks a matching color automatically, but you can override it.
4. Download the PDF
Check the live preview, then download. The PDF is generated at full print quality, so it looks sharp on paper. Prefer to type events first? Grab the editable Word version instead.
Best photo tip: pick a light image with a calm center and few busy details, at a decent resolution (1600px wide or more). Dark or cluttered photos can make the dates hard to read. Our background guide has more.
